So … Why Training Courses?
A logical progression from developing my Marketing Consultancy was to connect with as many people as I could in the shortest possible time, for the least cost … for me and them! … I do this in two ways:-
NETWORKING & TRAINING
Depending on your Business, who your target audience is, and what your message is, Networking can be a great way to tell people what you do in your Business, and (more importantly) what you can do for them! … I’ve joined a number of networking groups and really enjoy the interaction with other Business owners, and it provides a great platform for ‘spreading the word’ …
Developing my Training Courses was the next step on from there, and I now hold a series of regular Courses, mainly focussing on Marketing Skills and Communication Skills (including Presentation Skills) … essential to good Networking right?!! … The Presentation skills courses were requested by Business contacts who simply weren’t confident about standing up in Networking groups (even for a 1 minute presentation!) let alone the 10 minute slot!
The Training Course Programme offers everyone concerned in Business an extremely cost effective way to learn new skills and gain confidence … All of my training courses have some element of ‘follow up’ attached to them, so that there is some ‘hand holding’ to make sure that the learning points are actioned soon after the course … No-one leaves my courses and simply puts the notes on the shelf!

You will see from these comments that the courses are packed with really practical ‘tips & tricks’ that my audiences can immediately put into practice! … There is of course the necessary ‘Theory’ sessions, but those are kept to a minimum … 90% of all of the courses are practical things to help the delegates put into practice the learning from each course.
The Marketing Courses also feature a ‘Real Life’ Business Case Study (the ‘Floral Studio’), where teams of 5 or 6 delegates work on producing a Marketing Plan for a real Business. As you will see from the feedback video clips, this session goes down really well, and is often seen as the ‘Highlight’ of the day!
